i have a 1366x768 resolution and i can play BF3 on high with 40-60 fps, but i was wondering if this card will be able to play games like: Watch Dogs, Assassins Creed 4, Battlefield 4 on high at a decent frame rate

P.S my cpu is an overclocked Fx-8120 and my videocard is also overclocked

Can't be sure man. They'll definitely run at medium/low settings just depends on how well they're optimized for the PC i mean some xbox360 ports (Far cry 3) were pretty tough on PC's and demanded a lot. Its gonna be even worse for next gen but then again.. the games will be multithreaded and if im not wrong your cpu has a lot of cores so you should be fine

actually I think it can handle it perfectly, because the xbox ones gpu is similar to radeon 7770 which is slightly a little better than 6770 :D  and for optimization the next gen ports games from PC to consoles instead of from console to PC like the current gen, so the optimization will be perfect as well

6770 is NOT enough for next gen even at 720p. I would suggest something like 7850 or 650Ti boost at that resolution for playing next gen games at high settings.
