Hello everyone! I'm going to build my first pc soon and was hoping to get some feedback. This build will be for gaming, streaming, as well as editing. I've tried picking parts based on reviews I've read and they are:

CPU - Intel Core i5-3570K
CPU Cooler - Corsair H80i 77.0
Mobo - Asus P8Z77-V LK
RAM - Patriot Viper 3 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Memory - Samsung 840 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
GPU - MSI GeForce GTX 770 2GB
Power Suppy - Corsair CX 750W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V
OS - Windows 7

Is haswell worth it? Should I go for AMD or a 600 series GTX?

Hmm, so what motherboard would you recommend for Haswell?

The only problem I see with Haswell right now, is the fact that it is so new. Who knows if the Z87 chipset will turn out to be a flop like the Z68 was. Anyways, Haswell or not, I suggest http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Destrokk/saved/27Sm as a solid $1500 range build. Great reliability and power. Intel boards have fewer issues than other manufactures.

Seems like you're on the right track though.
