Small from factor build parts compatibility help.

I am looking into moving my build into a smaller case and was wondering what would fit in a Cooler Master Elite 120. Stuff that would go in are:

This motherboard. I know it will fit, just including it in case someone wants to recommend a different one.
-I have an i5-3570k that would go on that
-A H60 cooler? This is my main question really.
-This RAM, would it fit in the small case or do I need a low profile?
-A Gigabyte 7970
-A 2.5" SSD and a 3.5" HDD, would they both fit if I need to remove a HDD cage for the H60?

These are the parts I have been looking at and want to know what will and won't fit. Feel free to recommend other parts, I'd appreciate that greatly. If the H60 is too big, what would be my best option?

Also, budget is loose, I don't need to get the cheapest/best value stuff but the less cash the better.

id stay from a itx case. you can easily make a much better build in a matx chassis than a itx build in terms of price. the board you picked out first of all wont overclock well not to mention it costs 30 bucks more than one that will overclock properly
