hi all! i have been trying to find info on this but have found nothing! i currently have a 675w psu and want to crossfire one 7870 with one 7850, i tried thermaltakes psu calculator and it says i have enough but i'm not totally sure. also, is it stupid to do this? i just want to be able to crossfire without having to buy a new psu, the psu is a thermaltake touphpower xt. thanks for your time!

You should be fine, that PSU is Crossfire certified and both cards recommend a 600 watt PSU for Crossfire, so you have a little headroom.

ok cool, i think i like this choice better than buying just one new card, unless the new amd stuff is somewhat cheap!

Yeah, hopefully they don't go the same route they went with their CPUs.
