Not bad specs for the laptop...all depends on the pricing. Could maybe use 8GB dual-channel instead of just 4

The ATIV Tab 3... I don't think the market needs another Z2760 powered tablet. Especially not at that price.

As for the ATIV Q, looks great except that it has no touchpad, and it's probably going to cost a small fortune. According to NotebookCheck.net, it might be 1500 Euros (US$1982).

It has an optical pointing stick instead of touchpad. Problem with all sliders is that it has limited space for keyboard+touchpad by default so it is always a compromise in space usage. Personally I think Dell flip screen has the best design for tablet with always-attached keyboard. This Atom tablet is expensive compared to competition though. But then again, slider has too much compromise that I personally do not like this kind of design.
