Gaming Computer For Sale w/ Gaming Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse (Local Pickup)

High end gaming computer, capable of playing any game in max settings at 1080p resolution... high FPS.
I built the PC only about a year ago and I am selling it because I am going to be traveling and need a laptop.
There is nothing wrong with the PC at all, it is in 100% fully working condition.
It was kept in a dust free smoke free house and looks like the day I built it.

Computer will come with 24in ASUS 1080p monitor 6ms refresh rate, Logitech G7 gaming mouse 3600dpi and Logitech G110 gaming keyboard (300$ value already) and all boxes, accessories and manuals.

The computer runs idle @ 32 deg Celsius and @ 40-50 under load(Gaming)
Has a fan controller on the top that allows changing of fan speeds.

Just a comment, but that rig could probably not run "any game in max settings" with playable fps. For example probably not these games on max settings Crysis 3, Far Cry 3 or Metro Last Light.

I own Skyrim, Metro 2033 and Crysis 2 Maximum edition and have no problems playing at max reso. on max settings. It's pretty solid.
