Can anyone recommend any good quality speakers for less than £200 Pounds. All i care about is Sound quality than how loud the Speaker can go.

Sound quality is more importing.

The smaller the better as long as they give out the best sound possible.

Small and loud don't usually mix but look at this list/link and list what you think what you might purchase. Also, please list websites and/or stores in your area. You will probably want active(powered speakers, depending on what you are hooking them up to.

PA speakers will play louder but the sound quality is usually lower.

What will you be hooking up to the speakers? And what will you be using them for?

Avid M-Audio are also good speakers: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Avid-M-Audio-BX5-D2-Monitors/dp/B005OOSZR2/ref=sr_1_1?s=receiver-speakers&ie=UTF8&qid=1371996188&sr=1-1&keywords=m+audio
