Hey guys, I'm having a problem with my new GPU, I do every correct to plug it in but my monitor detects that there is no signal, It is a HD7770 Gigabyte edition. I have used a GT 220 and a HD 7770 Over Clocked Black Edition which worked fine. My motherboard uses PCI Express 3 so that shouldn't be a problem either. The graphics card turns on (I can hear the fan running) Yet still get no signal. I have also tried different connections. DVI and HDMI with still no luck. I have also used different 6 pin adapters. I have also changed the PSU supply with another one and still no luck (500 watt to 700 watt). Would anybody know what the problem is? Could it just be a faulty GPU? Thanks in advance for the help

Did you delete all previous grapichs drivers before connectiong your new GPU?

also, why would you need 6 pin adaptors? the best way to go is to connect your psu directly to ur gpu.

that's the cable you are looking for: http://play.esea.net/global/media_preview.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Ftechreport.com%2Fr.x%2Fpsus-0907%2Fpcie-connectors.jpg

also make sure you connected your screen to ur gpu, and not ur motherboard, and that your new psu is connected to ur motherboard with that cable http://www.dvhardware.net/howto/psu/9.jpg
