need vista restore disc

can i download the hardware i need to boot up my computer from another computer burn it on a cd and download it to my computer

You don't download hardware, that is what the actual equipment is called. Software you can download though, although the Windows disk is not easy to track down, you can contact the vendor and see if they have a download site as you will need an OEM Vista disk or the key you have with you computer won't work.

You can get the drivers from the vendor's support site and move them over to the other computer easily.
