Can i put this graphic card into this motherboard?

NVIDIA GeForce GT610 2GB Palit. Its a PCIe 2.0 x16. Now, i have the next chipset: Intel® H61.

The chipset is 1 x PCIe 3.0 x16, 2 x PCIe 2.0 x1 . It doesnt have PCIe 2.0 x16 so i dont think it will work?

PCIe 3,0x16 and 2.0x16 are compatible. Your card should work just fine.
