I am building a new gaming computer and would like some feedback to see if all of these parts will make a pretty good gaming computer.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I53570K

GPU: SAPPHIRE Vapor-X 100352VXSR Radeon HD 7950 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

PSU: SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Case: Rosewill BLACKHAWK Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, come with Five Fans, window side panel, top HDD dock

The RAM and Hard Drive ill be using from another computer

RAM: 8GB DDR3
Hard Drive: Western Digital 250 GB

Any suggestions would be great and I would like to make sure this will all go together smoothly and work well.

Thank you very much for your feedback.

I'd suggest getting a Haswell CPU if you can (4670k) and getting the GTX 670 because there is a rebate on Newegg and it now costs $300...

Heres the 670 thats on rebate:
