Which case would be best (400R, 300R, Define R4)?

I'm currently deciding on either a Corsair 400R (or 300R) or a Fractal Design Define R4 case for a 1st time build. I've been checking reviews around the web but still not completely sure which would be best, and with as few design flaws as possible. I have seen a few reviews saying that the MB screw holes on the R4 aren't completely in-line, but that may depend on the MB.
I'll either go for a Gigabyte Z87-D3HP or Asus Z87-C MB with a 4670 (no OC'ing), and a single GTX 660TI, so it's a pretty basic build with no SLI / RAID / Overclocking.
Has anyone any experience with either of these cases (or MBs)? Is a 400R better than the 300R?

Couple things... I use an R4 in my personal computer and it is a fantastic case, however, my only gripe is that there are no screwless features on the case (i.e. drive bays, side panels, motherboard posts). Also, if you are getting a locked CPU, why bother with a Z87 motherboard?

Well there's a big sale with the 300R right now, i would say they're about the same in terms of performance and cooling.

Maybe the r4 will be better for future expansions and upgrades.

However, considering the 300R is only 50$, so only half the price of the others. It's a no brainer for me to get the 300R

That's one thing I remember reading now that you mention it. What would be best instead of a Z87? I may end up going for the 300R, but just need to get the MB right now :)
