Thoughts on a good PSU for a 3570k/7970-Crossfire rig?

Currently looking at this OCZ, $114 after rebate: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

And this Corsair, $176 after rebate: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Any other power supply recommendations are more than welcome.

Thank you for the responses!

Hi - Those links don't link to individual items. But here's some worthy PSU's to consider:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Corsair HX850 nets to $133

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... XFX 850 also gold & modular nets to $141
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... XFX 850 bronze nets to $120

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Corsair TX850 v2 nets to <$100

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Corsair AX 760 platinum nets to $125

You will see that all but the last link are 850w units, I believe many of the quality 750w
units have more than enough amps on the +12v rail(s) to run your sys with 2 7970's in CF,
realhardtechx suggests an 800w unit, they are good at this, but there is headroom built in.

There isn't a big price diff between the 750 & 850 units if you look for the promo's & mir's.

Personally, I would go with the AX 760, top of the line platinum unit, and it's +12v rail
amps is 63.3 (760w total)
which is considerably more than you need. Seasonic built.
