Hi, im building a custom pc and here are the specs
1gb ddr5 radeon 7850
i3-3220
4gb 1333 mhz
ih61 ecs h61h2-m2 2.0

will that work on http://www.raidmax.com/psu/rx_700ac.html it's 80+ certified so i guess it can do the job? i know corsair and seasonic are alot better but my budget is limited. Also im pretty sure all the parts are compatible with one another check if u can too see if i missed anything, thanks in advance :D

I would not use a Raidmax, avoid it if possible. Check out the below link; you will see Raidmax at the bottom/do not use list.
Maybe they have improved but I didn't find anything to tell me that.

Not knowing what the last part is (ih61 ecs h61h2-m2 2.0) but guessing that it is your mobo, then this doesn't look like you need anything near 700watts. Consider these PSU's:

As others state in this forum it isn't the total wattage to be concerned with but the amp. available on the 12v rail; that Rmax dual 12v rails and may not, especially over time, be able to give your video card AND your other components enough power; plus it is Bronze certified while the three above are Gold. All three are within the price range of the Raidmax.

P.S. What kind of case is this all going into?!

Yep, that case looks nice and everything should fit. I haven't seen any official reviews but the customer reviews on Newegg are pretty good.
I don't know about the Smart Power Thermaltakes but overall their PSU's don't have a very good reputation.
Your second PSU might be just fine, but I have no idea where or how to check it out for quality. It appears to be similar to the 550 watt Rosewill I recommended: BUT Since you mention Seasonic, a very good brand, check this out.

and a review of the PSU:

I would probably make this the one.
