Will this bottle neck? could use help

I have recently purchased new parts for a pc. Here are my specs
amd Phenom x4, 965 8 gb ram, corsair 750 watt, Biostar micro atx mobo( not sure name), nzxt phantom, evga 650 ti boost sc, 1 tb 7200 rpm, Samsung 120 gb ssd
I have the option to upgrade to a 660 or a 660 ti threw evgas step up program. Is it worth the money? Will eather of them bottleneck? Or should i just stick with what i have?
