I was wondering if my motherboard: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&docname=c00864946#N211 is compatible with my components I am going to use to upgrade my computer. I am also wondering if I need a PSU upgrade, if I do what kind and how many watts.
Components:

SSD: 120GB - Samsung 840 Series Solid State Drive (SSD) with Desktop and Notebook Installation Kit 120 sata_6_0_gb 2.5-Inch MZ-7TD120KW

RAM: Kingston ValueRAM 2GB 533MHz DDR2 Non-ECC CL4 DIMM (Kit of 2) Desktop Memory

CPU: Intel E6700 or Intel E6850

GPU: SPARKLE GeForce 210 Series 700039 GeForce 210 1GB 64-bit PCI Express x16 Video Card or DIAMOND 6450PE31GSB AMD Radeon HD 6450 1GB GDDR3 SDRAM PCI Express x16 Video Card

Well... The E6700 processor should be fine assuming you have a BIOS version that will recognize it. I'm betting it will, though. What processor do you have in the socket now?
The card is really weak if you plan on gaming. What resolution is your monitor?
The memory is fine, but you should always try to install memory in MATCHED pairs when dealing with dual channel memory. Timing is critical. It may be best to sell/scrap the old RAM and buy a set of 2 sticks.
The SATA III SSD is faster than your SATA II ports will be able to keep up with. No problem, but if you find a SATA II drive cheaper, grab it. Btw, use this guide when you install Windows to the SSD to avoid pitfalls that can arise. There are a few things different when installing to a SSD than a HDD.

Hello,:hihi:

CPU: I'd recommend Intel E6700 Processor over Intel E6850 as the latter seems to be incompatible otherwise I'd consider E6850.

RAM: Speed wise i'd go with 667MHz rather than 533MHz, it should probably support 800MHz memory but to be on the safer side 667MHz memory. If you are mixing the new Kingston kit with the existing memory then it is better to get the same memory speed as the faster memory will underclocked to the slowest speed when mixed with slower speed modules. If you are considering a complete overhaul then go with 667MHz memory. I strongly suggest you to consider going with matched pair of memory modules as it will be able you to utilize the dual channel memory architecture.

You can take a look at 667MHz memory - http://www.memorystock.com/orderitem.asp?it=727ms-727

For other replied on hardware's please refer the above post. Good luck with the upgrade.
