Gaming PC Pros - Mind helping out?

I am building a gaming PC. I am planning on using this:
Motherboard: http://goo.gl/t9G4X
RAM: http://goo.gl/gQwpv
Processor: Already have from a previous PC (Intel i3 2120 @ 3.3 GHz)
HardDrive: Already have from a previous PC
PSU + Case Bundle: http://goo.gl/SR8WD
GFX Card: Already have from a previous PC (Nvidia GeForce 550 Ti by EVGA)
Let me know what you think of these specs, and how I can improve/change while staying in my budget. I plan to spend 300-350$ total. Should all these parts work together fine? Should everything fit in my case? If you have any further advice, please comment, I am newer at building PCs :)

Everything seems fine to me. :) 
Great choice on the case, I've heard good things about that case.
But about the RAM, if you plan to install a larger heatsink, you may have issues with the modules getting in the way - alternatively, Corsair also has Low Profile Vengeance modules just in case. Other than that, you should be fine.
