Posting the full length list vs. just short descriptions would help, as well as intended use.

"Stable" isn't really relative to whether it's bottlenecked or not, but rather "balanced". The way I see bottlenecking, you'd need a significantly weak CPU paired with a solid GPU or vice versa to see any real bottleneck going on. Again, hard to speak on it without a lot more information.

Do you have a full parts list including power supply and everything that will go into the build? The parts you're showing are all fine, no bottlenecks. Assuming you're OC'ing. What CPU cooler are you looking at, and what power supply? Why the Fatality?

Im going to OC to 4.5 GHz with a 700 W power supply, changed video card to gtx 770 SC btw.I'll buy Fatal1ty because compared to a Sabertooth it has more advantages in GFX,and much moooore like double ethernet,Fatal1ty mouse port,xFast RAM and more see herehttp://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.it.asp?Model=Fatal1ty%20Z77%20Professional CPU Cooler is a CM Hyper 212 Evo

Sounds good!!
I don't know what brand PSU you have, but I'd recommend using Corsair/Seasonic/XFX. If the one you have isn't one of those, it may be OK but those are the most favored/reliable brands.

It is a Corsair CX750M Modular 750W,i think full power is a little much so ill set it to 700 :) and plus for cooling i added 4 CM Silent vents for GPU and the rest :)

Are you kidding me?!
Nearly everything you chose is high end, high performance. There is no way a 3770K with 16GB Ripjaws on a Fatality board with GTX 770 could EVER possibly be considered a "shitty" PC. That's a powerful build!

Well im new to the homemade pc making after having a prebp-built pc for 4 years..But i had the luck to know what was better or not in the range of components and by seeing such a new GPU with a 3770k i started to think system would have some troubles(i don't understand nothing of OC or real Bottleneck) and by shitty i meant a non-balanced system with FPS drops 'n' stuff D:
