Newly built pc stuck at flashing with a white line in the corner.

Hello, I have a problem with my first pc build. Everytime I boot it, it's stuck flashing with a white line in the top right corner. I don't have a motherboard speaker, and I don't know what to do.

You should only have mouse & keyboard in the usb ports, if any other deivce is connected, remove them. Things like external hdd, iphone, camera. pen tablet, flash memory drive etc.. If you got an SD card reader, remove any memory cards from their slots.

Also, go change the boot option to hdd as Primary and first boot option.

I found out the problem, I had a bad video card.

Is it really bad, in what way?
