Sure thing. You can mix manufacturers, factory clocks, etc. but you get slightly reduced performance. So always better to just get the same if you can

yeah, the best of the SLI/CFX is the weakest card.. i like to purchase like cards to
edge that performance. on reference cards, all bets off. any card..
