My Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte 780T-D3L

Why those three? In most countries, GTX680 is a bit pointless because the GTX770 is faster and costs equal or less. The 7950 is also pretty pointless because the new GTX760 is faster and cheaper. Depends where you are of course. If it has to be those three, you've already got them in order from best to worst.

So it would be best if I get a GTX770?

Depending on prices, yes. It's faster than the GTX680, so provided it's not a lot more expensive than the GTX680, it's a good choice.

Isn't the HD7950 better then the GTX 760?

Nope. The 7950 Boost version achieves similar performance, but at a higher price. The non-Boost averages slower performance and still a higher price. Read some reviews and you'll get an idea of performance.

Thanks for the help.
I'll might get the gtx770 or gtx760, depending on my budget.

ur cpu will bottleneck a high end card bulldozer chips are not good for gaming
ur board supports fx 6300 with a bios update so my recommendation would be getting it
get gtx 760 it is the best bang for buck right now

Good point. Or maybe a FX6350 or FX8350?

The HD 7950 Boost has 3GB memory, the gtx 760 has 2GB. Doesn't that make it better?

I'm thinking of getting the Gigabyte GTX 770. Does the extra 50$ worth it for the 4GB edition or should I go with the 2GB edition? I have one monitor.

a gtx 770 with a fx 4100 it will be a huge bottleneck get at least fx 6300 and overclock it around 4 ghz for eliminating any chances of bottleneck
