What should I upgrade for better performance gaming?

Hey, I am looking to upgrade one or maybe two components of my build to squeeze out some more FPS out of games like Battlefield 3, Crysis, ETC. I get 30-50 fps on lowest settings on Battlefield 3 and I hope to be able to get up to high setting with 50-60 FPS.

Here is my build currently:

AMD Phenom II x4 945 3.01 GHz processor
Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 (non-ti) 2gb
4GB DDR3 RAM
Ultra X2 750W ATX Power Supply
M2N-SLI Deluxe Motherboard
1TB 7200 RPM Hard drive
ATAPI DVD A DH16AAL Disc drive
I am also gaming on a 1920 x 1200 moniter.

  1. Depending on your budget, I'd double the RAM and get the 2GB 650ti BOOST

Are you sure about the video card? I hear that The GTX 650 is very similar to The 560. Also I've heard 4GB of ram is all you need. I might be wrong though.

Well, again, what is your budget for upgrade?
Assuming you left it at 4GB RAM, I'd max out your budget on GPU.
I just know that the 650ti Boost is a great card for the price (in 160 range) but I know a lot of people love the 7870 too.
