First off let me say I am new to building a PC. That being said i will need all the masters of these forums to help me build my PC.
Approximate Purchase Date: Middle of July

Budget Range: Max of $950 not going to get near the thousand.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming,Internet,Streaming Netflix ect.

Are you buying a monitor: No already got one from my previous PC.

Parts to Upgrade: New build so yeah no idea.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes. A question on this though. If i get the Win 7 OEM will i need to get another OEM if i get a new graphics card and add RAM later?

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: None. So long as they are reputable.
Location: USA. Central California to be exact.
Parts Preferences: I somehow have an attachment to AMD for some reason.

Overclocking: Maybe. Like i said I am completely new to this PC building stuff.

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe Crossfire.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920 x 1080

Additional Comments: I like what i see from the AMD A10 but i have not idea. Just guessing. I would like to have a gaming PC run off the A10 with its integrated graphics and at a later date i want to buy a high end card in a few years to stay competitive with the latest games at mid level graphics.

Why Are You Upgrading: I am upgrading because my rig is crud when it comes to doing anything. It is AMD Athlon II X2 duel core with an old NVIDIA 6150SE.
To give you an idea of what i want here is a pc from Ibuypower. http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/AMD_FM2_A-Series_APU/c/4227684

Taking all of your comments into consideration, here's my suggestion...

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1azEM

CPU: AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($122.68 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ($32.99 @ Newegg) Motherboard: Asus F2A85-M PRO Micro ATX FM2 ($89.99 @ Newegg) Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($65.70 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 840 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($98.90 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($66.62 @ Amazon)
Case: Corsair 400R ATX Mid Tower Case ($99.13 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($17.99 @ Newegg) Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($90.91 @ Amazon)
Total: $744.90 (Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

This would crush the ibuypower system from the link you provided.

You will not need to get another OS or new copy just to upgrade graphics/RAM later. The power supply is big enough to support a graphics upgrade like the Sapphire Vapor X 7970, and the motherboard supports Crossfire, but if you do Crossfire you'll want to jump to 800/850W.

Any other questions?

Here's a comparison between the integrated graphics on your system and on the A10 from the list above....

I have just one question to you my good sir. Should i buy a cheap graphics card run it in crossfire or should i get the A10 6800k and spend at a later date some cash on a 7870 or some such card. Also since this is a build that i want to just install and forget about, except for the graphics card, what PSU would you recommend to make this somewhat future proof.

As I mentioned above, the PSU in the parts list I created for you will allow for a single card up to a 7970 (which would outperform any 2 "cheap" GPU's that would fill the budget you requested).

If you do Crossfire, you will need to go up to 800/850W power supply.
I specifically put you in the lower end of the price range you specified, so you'd be closer to getting the card you want when you're ready.

Here's one I'd recommend

The difference between the A10-5800K and 6800K is negligible, ESPECIALLY when not using the integrated graphics.
