What's the Latest News on a Nvidia 790?

I have had a look around Tom's Hardware about the same topic but I'm looking for an update. Previously people said that a 790 may not be possible (that's why I said a instead of the as it's unlikely one will be produced) but what's the latest news? As soon I will be building a new computer and I would be wanting to get something which is a bit more powerful than a 780 but for some reason, I don't want a Titan. Sounds stupid I know but I just don't want one, paying an extra £250 for a slight improvement seems a bit silly to me. I know that the Titan might be the reason why a 790 may not be released but still, is there any news? I realise that 2 GK110's on one board would be difficult, especially with the cooling but Nvidia could just take a note out of Gigabyte's book? There is no news of the 790 as far as i know, i dont think there will be any... Wait for 8xx.
