Upgrading graphics and possibly power supply

Hey everyone,
Looking for a little advice. I own a budget desktop that's going on 5 years old. It's a Compaq SR5250NX. The only thing I've done to it internally is upgrade the RAM to 2GB.

Streaming high def video on this computer is painful. When I bump it up from 480 to 720, it stutters a few times and then the video can never stay synced with the audio. I thought I could just pop a new graphics card in it, but I'm finding that most cards recommend a 350W power supply. I only have 250W.

So, working with my extremely tight budget (about $100) and shopping Dell.com (because that's where I have an account), I came up with a few options. Just want to make sure they're compatible, and trying to decide between a few graphics cards. I just watch YouTube videos right now... but later on I may decide to use this computer as a DVR so I would have the HDMI connected to my TV. I would really prefer to just upgrade the graphics card because I have never worked with the power supply before... so please let me know if you think that is an option.

First is the power supply... looks like it would work, but I really don't have a clue.

And then the three cheapest graphics cards they offer that have HDMI out... is there a reason I would need either of the last two that are more expensive?

Thanks in advance for any advice you could offer!
