760sli vs 7970

Saw the price of the new GTX 760 and wondered which would be better for:

3 monitor surround/eyefinity 1080x3

Single 1920x1200

3 1920x1200 surround/eyefinity <------ If possible


So what would be better, getting two 760's now or waiting and getting a second 7970 later this year. I have been playing Arma 3 alot and I want the Physx support, but I'm not desperate, I mainly want more future proof nor do I like my current 7970 PowerColor. If I wait I will exchange it at Microcenter for the gigabyte variant.

Opinions? Can two 760's drive 3 1080p monitors in say crysis 3 at 60fps? On say high settings? Bf3 60fps ultra?

If you're going multi monitor, don't even think about the 760.
The 7970 has more vram, and a higher memory bandwidth. Which is best for multi monitor setups.
If you're going single monitor, then the 760 sli will definitely beat the 7970.
