The 4770k is a bit faster and has a better igpu. I would get the i7 4770k as its unlocked so you can oc it easily.

Also, there are some capability issues with the i7 4770k and power supplies. I wouldn't risk it. Go for the 3770K unless you absolutely want the z87 chipset. I will admit, those motherboards have some SWEET features. Me personally, I'm waiting to see the x79 Ivy Bridge CPUs and AMD steamroller line up.
