Hi All,
I got my KFA2 GTX760 EX OC today.
It came factory over-clocked to 1059Mhz GPU / 1502Mhz Ram ( standard ) .
I managed to get it stable at 1189Mhz GPU /1852Mhz Ram with GPU-Z reported boost of 1241mhz but the card was going up to 1293Mhz.
This with standard voltage.

Is it safe to increase the voltage on these chips ? it's maxing out at 1.2v at the moment, but under load I can see it's sitting at 90% of TDP, so there might be some room to improve the clocks.

Some reviews of the card show up to 1296Mhz on the GPU clocks , but it might have been a binned chip.

For the best scores you want to max out the target power and temp slider

already maxed to 125 for power and the card barely touches 75'C under heavy load, fan is at 58-59% . That is not the issue I am afraid.

Have nothing to be afraid about. Have you tried turning up the fan curve?

The 760 is limited to like 1.21v so no worries

Right I did a run at 100% fan, and it crashed at 1209Mhz core while running at 55'C, so not temp related.
with a bit a tweaking to the curve I could get it to run at 1199Mhz.
Is it safe to over volt this card a little bit ? what is the limit ?

Thanks,
I just installed it and it does allow voltage adjustments. So will do a run at the max +12 which results in about 1.21v and will report.
Thanks for your help

So, I can get 1200Mhz stable but anything over and it crashes even with the higher voltage. so this seems to be the limit of the chip...
GPU-z is reporting performance cap due to VREL and VOP . i will dial it down to 1199 as I can get this stable at the default voltage and see if I can get a bit more from the memory.

Regards
Nick

so RAM is up to 1900Mhz and it is the best I can get.
Final clocks are 1199Mhz GPU - 1306Mhz boost and 1900Mhz RAM.

Are you aware of any way to disable boost ?

1900 memory is 7600mhz effective. Are you having any visual anomolys showing the memory might be clocked too high?s

No issues at all. If I push it to 1902 I get flickering and the benchmark crashes. I have not ran any games yet, but will test and report.
1900 seems to be what others are getting with the 760s

Wow thats pretty impressive for 6000mhz effective rated memory

You lucky bastard. I can't wait to get my hands on the gigabyte windorce OC 760 I ordered and see how it OCs. I will probably be on here for help too since Im not familiar with the whole GPU boost thing. My old 460 was great so I'm looking forward to it. Judging from the reviews I've read it 760s seem to max out alittle over 1300mhz boost, so that's what I will shoot for.
