fifa 12 very slow game play

I installed fifa 12 for quite sometime now and it played extremely well then I didn't play a game for a week then it started to have a very slow game play very slow. I'm using windows 7 and haven't upgraded or loaded any software. please help!!

Check what temps you CPU & GPU are running at with HWMonitor.
