GTX 650ti Boost vs HD Radeon 7850 (both overclocked)

Boost is around 5% faster than 7850 but what about when both are overclocked ? Does boost still wins ?
I am considering 650ti boost as of now but as I'll be overclocking, I need to know if 7850 can be overclocked really well to defeat a overclocked 650ti boost

The 7850 would probably be a bit better at 1080p due to its larger memory BUS is very GPU intensive games, plus it does appear to be a strong overclocker, though I'd get a non-reference card if you can to keep the temps down.

From reading around in general reviews, the 7870 OCs pretty well, meaning that you could probably get more performance out of it than the 650 Ti boost.
