1st time build feedback please

looking for feedback on compatability. computer is for gaming and work would prefer to have three monitors if possible but most likely going to end up with dual.

Processer: Intel i7-3770k-unlocked
GPU: Asus GTX-680-DC2T-2GDS (eventually 2 of these)
MB: Asrock z77 extreme6
mem:Gskill f3-1600c8d-8gab
sysdrive: Mushkin mknssdcr120gb-mk
storage: seagate barracuda st2000dl003
power: please recommend would prefer a modular one
cpucooler: anyone can recommend a good one would help a lot
os:win 7 or win 8 still researching (most likely going with win 7 64b)
