MSI GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB with boost and twin frozer. Good for the setup below ?

Im on a budget so thats my new setup :

-ThermalTake VO30001N2N Level 10GTS + Thermaltake LT-700P Litepower 700W PSU
-MSI B75A-G43 GAMING B75 (DDR3) (LGA1155)
-Kingston KVR16N11/8 8GB DDR3-1600 PC3-12800
-LG 22EN33S Wide 21.5" LED Full HD
-Intel cpu 3.4 GHz - i5-3570 6M/LGA1155
-500 GB hdd
-MSI GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB with boost and twin frozer

How well am i able to perform on full HD Gaming ? not all settings are maxed just high.
Games like COH2,BF3,Crysis 3,Blackops2,BF4.

second question: lets say a game lagged on full HD can i still select 1366x768 reso and play normal without some weird scaling ?

Dude you have the exact pc setup i want to build and i was told that the Gpu would run great at that resolution if you want i leave my thread and youll it might help you ;P

Card is a good choice but PSU and monitor aren't.
