I did all the tests possible after my computer started to randomly shut down after a city power outage. I did a memory test, then GPU test, finally a CPU test. First two passed with no problems whatsoever, but my CPU out of three consecutive tests' failed every time with a steady 57-62C temp. I even removed the thermal Paste and re-did it... nothing. It still shut down on me. I'm so afraid my CPU is now damaged.

My specs are
Nvidia GTX 560
AMD FX8320 (8 core)
16 gigs of ram
and a 430w PSU

I know the PSU is little, but it's been fine for months, could it be the problem? Could it be shutting down because the CPU is trying to pull more power? I am really confused. I can't game for more than an hour or it shuts down. Please someone help me.

Need answer ASAP. If it's my CPU I will run down to Bestbuy and buy their overpriced CPU.
