ABIT IC-7 Intel Pentium 4 Stock 2.8 GHz -- old school rig, should i bother upgrading?

As mentioned in the title, I have this ancient rig from 2002. It has an AGP slot, takes DDR SDRAM (lol). I can support up to 4 gigs of ram on this rig...i was thinking of OCing to 3.2 and buying a HIS 4670 AGP 8x card. Only put $80 into this rig. With 4 gig ram, OC to 3.2, and the new GPU, I wanted to know if it can even run SC2 at all? Be straight with me. I know i gotta upgrade, but I wanna squeeze this rig for all that it's worth...

Think you'd be throwing good money away you could be putting to a newer rig, just about no matter what you might buy, it probably wouldn't be compatible with a new rig sorry to be the bearer of bad news
