I meant that "someone" is dominating the Components and Practices billboard with at least 10 more BAs in each important field ( CPU, GPU, Gaming, OC,... ) without a significant increase in BA counts compared to yesterday. An extremely successful day of giving advices, or just tons of tags added incorrectly?

More about : cheating

Who? Could you link me to their profile? Or send me (or a mod) the link to their profile and your explanation in private message? We're happy to investigate. And it's easy to tell if someone is cheating the system from our end.

http://www.tomshardware.com/community/profile-1330973.h... It was the last day of June and bam! he got at least 20 BAs more in each of the field listed above, which boosted him to rank1 in all the related billboard. I check the billboard everyday ( weird habit, I know, I just enjoy it ) so I realized that. It was last month after all, so no big deal as for now. I just wanted to know if he got all those BAs in 1 day legitimately or not.

And at least 350 best answers with close to 1000 posts in that month. We really need to bring back the ability to search each users past posts.

I can't understand how anyone even has time for over 1000 posts a month. I guess if you don't work or have any other hobbies.

What's up with an edit adding an article link??

Its down to the way the new forum is set up. The Tags mean that for those who use them they can effectively have an in box full of questions ready to drip feed answers to.
I am seeing quite a few instances where people are fragmenting what I would consider should be a single answer into single sentence replies quickly followed by the next part.
Getting a post off quick and switching to a different thread and doing the same I shouldn't wonder.

Its how Toms want to run it these days and its their show so its their call.
It's the drunkard at a free bar at a wedding reception syndrome as far as I am concerned.
Quantity over quality :(

Investigating a bit, these do appear to be valid answers from the user in question.

As for "article link" that's a tutorial added from the drop-down. Not sure how you added that, but you can remove it by deselecting it on the full edit page.

One x one question on the answers;
If you have 3 tags on a thread do you get a BA in 3 categories? If so any tags added by that user?
