No, the optiplex had its own motherboard standard(s) until fairly recently and will not work with your Mini-ITX mobo. I can find some rather cheap cases that will fit the job.

Thank you! I found some new ones such as the NZXT Source 210 for less than $40, but thought I might be able to salvage a case instead of buying one.
