ATI Catalyst Graphics Installer Not Recognizing Asus Radeon HD7470 WinXP

Hey all! Got another GPU question. I upgraded an Asus Essentio CM1175 Desktop's GPU & got a Dell Optiplex 320 Desktop w/Windows XP Pro from a friend. The Asus had an Asus Radeon HD7470 GPU in it & I want to put it in the Dell Optiplex 320, but AMD's ATI Catalyst Graphics Installer does not recognize it & I can't find any driver for it to install manually. Additionally, Windows Update (Device Manager), similarly, can't locate a driver, either. Does anyone know a way to install a Windows XP driver for the HD7470 or is this a case of hardware incompatibility and/or lack of driver having been written? Thank you in advance to any who may consider this quandary.

The Asus Radeon HD7470 is an OEM renamed HD6000 Series model and it is pretty weak. I eventually got it working with Windows 8. Apparently, there aren't any XP drivers for it.
