Hello,
I am planning to buy a GTX 770 OC graphics card. I have these options -
- Asus GTX 770 DirectCUII OC 2GB
- Palit GTX 770 JetStream 2GB
- Gigabyte GTX 770 WindForce 2GB
Can you please help me choose one? Thank you :)

I have the Palit jetstream. it is really quiet and only gets 70*C under full load. it is huuuuge though, 29cm long. it was the cheapest 770 at €360 and also one of the highest clocked ones. the fans make hardly any noise, i cant hear it over my stock intel cooler (to be replaced. dont worry) even at 100% gpu usage

that one is €60 more expensive though (80ish dollar) while having EXACTLY the same clock speed of 1.15ghz and 1.2 boost that the palit has

there is something called a warranty... i havent had a single problem with my palit yet.

@george, it's your choice if you want to pay an additional $80 to get an MSI card with the same temperature and noise performance as the palit jetstream

Sadly though I can't purchase MSI's in my country... So can you please tell me which is the best between Asus, Palit and Gigabyte...?

i would say palit because asus and gigabyte are more expensive but have lower clock rates. be sure to have enough room for it though! it is 29cm long.
btw, where do you live? because the price difference between the palit and msi is €60 here in the netherlands, but only $25 in the US

I have the FD Define R4 - so no problems about the space :) I live in Bulgaria - here the defference between the Palit JetStream and Asus DirectCUII OC is 50 euros... I'm just afraid if there will be any problems with the palit videocard...(something braking down, overheating etc.) btw how many years is the warranty of the palit...? :)

i think the warranty (or ability to rma) depends on where you buy it. it should be 1 or 2 years.
they seem to have had bad RMA services a few years ago, but i can't find any recent examples. so i assume it's better now.
overheating will definately not be a problem. i'm getting max 73*C in furmark

I've always found ASUS to be a good partner board, and Gigabyte is nice as well. I can't say much for Palit- other than I'd probably avoid it myself (fair or unfair)

Palit has lower fans in the 770, so they will generally be less noisy than competitors, at the expense of cooling.

I'd get the ASUS myself- but can't go wrong with Gigabyte either.

george is talking about the gtx770 JetStream, which has 3 fans so it is definately NOT at the expense of cooling.

btw European law forces pc hardware vendors to give 2 years warranty on pc parts. so even after the 1 year palit warranty you can still return it to where you bought it (unless the damage is caused by yourself, OCing etc)

Asus's site states it's card uses less power than a reference design one. So now they are out of my choise. I am now wondering between Palit's JetStream and Gigabyte's WindForce. Which one's cooler is superior? In terms of being quiet and providing better airflow?

the windforce is 3db louder at full load (3db difference means double the sound) but 2*C cooler than the JetStream
