Mouse lag when i look around in games.

So my problem is when i play games like crysis 2, batman arkham city/asylum and look around with my mouse it is horrible. If i dont use a mouse my game play is fantastic with fps above 60. I have tried multiple mouses and i continue to have the same problem. However my all in one mouse and keyboard works fine when i use the mouse pad. Why am i having problems with mouses and gameplay stuttering? My mouse is razer orochi. Any input would be great.

Solved my problem. My polling rate was at 1000hz and lowering to 125hz is what fixed it. just an fyi
