The big problem is with the power supply. It's not a trusted brand so I wouldn't be putting it in my system.

I'd try to stretch to a 7850 2GB if you can find a deal. There's a big performance gain to be had for the extra £10-20.

The case is poor so airflow will not be great. You could get away with a stock cooler if you don't intend to overclock.

The link to Win 8 is an upgrade. Do you have an OS already? I don't suppose you qualify for Microsoft DreamSpark, where you could download it for free?
