motherboard has 4-pin connector but my case has 3 pin connector

My motherboard is a MSI B85M-G43 and my case is a corsair carbide 200r

any help would be appreciated

i havent bought the parts yet so i dont have a manual to reference to

They'll run just fine on your board. 3pin fan connector is compatible with 4pin fan header on the motherboard.
