I'm guessing the CPU is a Intel Pentium 4, this is not for gaming and is pretty outdated if you put a budget then a lot of people here can help you find something fit for gaming in your price range.
 


That has not been a computer you can play games on in about 10 years, unless you are planning on playing some old games like Warcraft I or II, even then you would want a faster video card than the onboard one. For any "gaming" you need at least a fast dual-core CPU in the 2.6+ ghz range and a $50-60 video card. That will get you started with some low settings in many modern games or med to high settings in games like World of Warcraft.
