multiple displays with geforce gt520

Hello, basically i have a computer that i originally got a geforce gt 520 to expand my desktop to two monitors. Now, however, I have the need to expand to 3 or 4 monitors or even more in the future. How do I go about doing this? Currently the gt520 is occupying the only pci express x16 slot. All I have left is one pci slot and two pci express x1 slots. What can I do to expand my desktop to 3-4 or even more computers? Thanks in advance!

To do so you would need a better gpu to get the best multi monitor setup. Newer gpus have a dvi, a dvi to vga, an hdmi, and a display port to allow up to 4 monitors, anything more you need a second gpu.

Well that depends on a few things
1 How many watts is your psu?
2 What brand do you want, AMD vs Nvidia?
3 How much are you willing to spend?

Okay I am willing to spend a max of 100$ (if thats too low, prefer the lowest price above it), I dont really mind what brand I just want it to work, and the power supply is 280 watts. If it might matter, currently the geforce gt 520 is Nvidia I believe.

I really appreciate your help. I've been trying to research what graphics card to get but couldnt exactly figure out what constraints and compatibilities are used to factor in choosing the right card.

Well that psu might be an issue, that is just about too low for any cards that would be an upgrade. A CX500 would be the best psu to get on a budget, or one with similar wattage, as for a card the 7750 is the best near 100 dollar card. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102969.
