Hi Everyone,
I am planning to purchase many of my parts from Microcenter in a day or two and I am still stuck between which motherboards I should buy. They offer many good motherboards and i am wondering if the better motherboards are worth the money over the cheaper motherboards. I do plan on doing some mild overclocking on my processor and possibly my graphics card. Furthermore, i want to get a motherboard that has great cooling due to the fact that i have a dual SLI configuration. Please help me decide which motherboard i would get.
Thanks in advance
P.S. If there is a better motherboard at Microcenter that i did not mention, please feel free to recommend it in the comments :D

I have since picked up the Hero also, and give it my preference over the Rock mobo, though they are still very good for the pricepoint, The Hero has better OCing and thermal controls

i just realized i replied to a month old thread oops my bad lol.

i have yet to overclock. saving money for the phantek ph-tc14pe or the noctua nh d14 still undecisive a little between those two. but i heard its easy by using the 4 way optimization or something like that in ai suite III

I'm at 4.4 GHz and it's a bit warm with the 212 EVO, they finally released the new CM V8 yesterday so mines on it's way:

Hardwarecanucks did a review on it, and sounds pretty good:

oh wow that looks quite catchy id like it but its more expensive than the phantek and i dont know if it performs better than it lol

edit: wow it performs better than the phantek? thats crazy. and its sold out lol well do you think its worth the money compared to the phantek ph-tc14pe

Believe in the review I linked it averaged 6-10 degrees better than the Phantek under load and that was with stock fans vs high performance fans
