Here are my Specs:

I just bought a Used Desktop,
Intel i5 750 2.66 GHz (Quad Core)
4GB RAM
32-bit
at the moment, I have an old monitor.. I think it is only 1024x900 res

My VGA I'm kind of Confused of what it is, It says nVidia GeForce GT 2xx (cant remember exactly)
and when I check the memory it says 512MB Dedicated and 1.5GB Shared, Total 2048MB Available
Do you guys know what Card this is?

And Can I run the mentioned games smoothly??

The i5 750 does not have integrated graphics, which means the VGA that you have now is a discrete GPU.
And I am guessing that it is the GT 240 512 Mb version from what you are saying, and that is a pretty low performing GPU specially with the low Video RAM (512 Mb).
Games like BF 3, GTA 4 etc use a lot of VRAM even at low - med settings, so you need a decent 1 GB DDR5 Card to play those even at low - med settings.

In short, those above games in Med - High Settings ? :D
Well even if you game at 1280 x 720 Resolution (The standard lowest one these days), it will be impossible to get decent FPS(there will be lag in the game that is).

Upgrade the GPU to atleast an ATI 7750 to play those games well!

Yes thank you, I know the VGA is not so good.. but can i run Gta 4 on low atleast untill I buy a new card.
and except the GPU card, is everything else fine for a Gaming PC. I don't want to overclock and stuff, is 2.66 enough with a high end VGA?

Also, I wanted to get 8GB RAM but I was suggested that with a 32 bit system, It can't read more than 4GB- so 8GB would be useless? hm :s

The i5 750 is a decent quad core, it has a turbo frequency of 3.2 Ghz, which will give you enough performance to game at decent resolutions.
And yes, u will need to upgrade to a 64 bit OS to fully utilize the 8 GB of RAM.

My advice is to upgrade the GPU to atleast an ATI 7750 (or greater if you have the budget) as soon as possible.
Right now you will be able to play at low settings, because i used to play GTA 4 on low with a Dual Core 2 Duo and 1 GB DDR3 GPU. So yeah you can :)

Tried & Tested GTA IV and GRID 2
GTA is running fine on Medium settings, only slightly laggy if i am around trees or alot of people/cars in one spot.
GRID is running fine on High settings

(1024x768 res)

Well at that low resolution you might get even BF3 to play on med settings :)
Do try to upgrade the GPU as soon as possible.
Happy Gaming!

Thanks :)
I'm planning on buying it next month, and Along with it a new Monitor aswell..
Any Tips on what I should look for when looking at Monitors? Which Resolution is best and what are the reasonable Brands out there?
I want to be able to play 1080 hd Videos.. and Most likely it will be a 21-24"

Always check the resolution, wether it is indeed 1080P. And IPS LCD screens, even though costly, give you great colours and viewing. Just do a google of whatever product you wish to purchase and check out some reviews of them :)
