Cpu fan sound like a jet problem

hello i recently built a machine for gaming ( im not that hardcore and i dont have any experience in overclocking and i dont want to try it ) my problem is my cpu fans are like jets doing a zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz sound ROFL can you reccomend other brands that i can use i use two fans for exhaust and intake

so the jet sounding thing is my stock cooler? so its not the chasis fans?
