so i started planning my next computer about 3 months ago. my parts:

(my "old") GIGABYTE G1.ASSASSIN2 LGA 2011

Intel Core i7-3820 Sandy Bridge-E 3.6GHz lga 2011

CORSAIR Hydro Series H100 (its the only 1 avalable at my local pc site)

GeForce GTX 770 SC edition

NZXT Phantom 410

Is the corsair 750w enough or shoud i go to 850 and which one HX TX or AX??

(my "old") CORSAIR Vengeance 16gb (4x4)

Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 RPM

no ssd atm ill add it later

SO WILL THIS STUFF FIT AND WOUD MY MOTHERBOARD FIT AND WORK WITH EVERYTHING?? I DUNNO ABOUT OVERCLOCKING MABY BUT I PROBUBLY WONT.

Solution
The Hyper 212 will fit, but if you intend on a side case fan (which I personally don't like), it would have to be low profile. As far as your parts working together as you have it set up, the answer is absolutely.
HX 750 or XFX Pro 750. Assuming you will not be going sli, 750w is more than enough, especially if you buy a quality psu. Personally, I would NOT use the corsair H100 - I would stick with a Hyper 212 EVO or Xigmatek GAIA, even if you do overclock.
