Hi, i am looking for a mid range graphics card suitable for light gaming - eg battlefield, and also a small amount of video editing. The resolution i will be using is 1360 x 768, so i should be able to play at high res? My budget was £60 but i can stretch to 70 but no more. The 6770 is £69 at maplin and about the same for 7750. Both are gddr5 and 1gb. Any nvidias are welcome, but the only one within my price range is the gt 640 which doesnt seem to receive great reviews. I would consider second hand but, if possible wouldnt prefer it. out of those two amd cards, the 6770 looks to be slightly better, but requires more power and is also older. Which would be the best for my uses? Many thanks in advance. My specs are: i3 2100, asus p8h67 m le, 8gb corsair ddr3, 1tb seagate, antec 300, antec 430w psu. Will be getting solid state soon

7750 is definitely a really good choice, its about the same in terms of performence as the 6770, but its one gen ahead meaning it uses newer technology, uses less power, and easier to overclock.

get the 7750 =P, it should be good for ur needs, gaming at that resolution you will get good fps in all modern games in high\almost high settings.

Yeah, I would get the Radeon HD 7750. Overall, same performance compared to the Radeon HD 6770 and uses less power.

The GTX 650 (not the "Ti" or "Ti Boost" version) is nVidia's direct competitor to the Radeon HD 7750. It is slightly more powerful and uses slightly less watts than the Radeon HD 7750. Prices should be comparable now.

the gtx 650 is better
the gtx 650 is priced more (almost the same) than the hd7750 but slightly less than the hd7770
it is a good card and will dominate at your resolution
