Hard Drive Low minimum transfer rate

My WD Black have low minimum transfer rate. I have this HD 6 months now but the problem occur the last month.

Looks like something is hitting the hdd really hard, possibly a virus.
Try running hdtune after booting from a hirens boot disk.

I can see at Disk Monitor that there is no any serious activity.

monitor wont show you hidden or stealthed tasks/processes that are using the hdd or network.

popatim you was right. I have installed process hacker and i have seen that Connectify Dispatch write at disk all the time, i don' t know the reason because at my laptop it works fine. Thanks

Connectify is either wifi sharing, or bandwidth combiner. I think it does some load balancing too. Its been a while since I've seen it. Does it run when you're in safe mode?
