Hi, just wanna ask if these parts are compatible with each other

if this is for gaming, you are better off with a intel based rig. what is the overall budget for this system?

i can tell you it works, but it can be much better

great mid range build. Though if money was real tight i see a few areas i would change such as fx-8320 better bang for the buck from the benchmarks iv seen. Also i usally use lite-on 24x dvdrw (real cheap and as good as you need). And iv never really seen the need for a wireless adapter for a desktop, LAN is just always faster and more reliable. ( would shave some money off). But other than that all looks good to me!

TheBigTroll is right, yes at this time most intel quad cores will beat a amd 8 core. . . .But its 2013 and guess what games are already coming out this year that can support 32+ threads. Not to mention AMD is always the the better value for your money. But if money isnt an issue and you even think about intel id move to the haswell for longevity and upgradeable. . . . so basically 3 choices 1 decent price soon to be outta date computer or 1 cheap computer thats isnt taken full advantage of YET, or 1 expensive next gen gaming system. i go for the middle =P

yes it is for gaming. my budget is 1.5k euros.

I'm lookin forward for Total War: Rome 2.
so I'm trying to build this system to be able to run that game. and the other games that I play.
I'm really trying to build a system around 1.5k euros. cause that what I have right now.

i can list a few parts for you to get going (pcpartpicker does not have ireland included)

-i5 4670k
-gigabyte z87x-ud3h or z87x-d3h. pick one of the 2 based on how much IO you actually need
-a noctua nh-d14 or a phanteks tc14pe depending on what is avaliable. there is no reason to get a cheap liquid cooler
-any kit of 2x4gb 1600mhz cl9 1.5v memory. the cheapest one would be the best. make sure its not the corsair vengeance with the haircomb heatspreaders. they are too tall
-the sandisk 120gb is fine
-get a WD caviar blue 1tb 64mb or a seagate barracuda 1tb 64mb. green drives suck
-arctic silver 5 is not necessary. the stock paste nowadays often beat it unless you are talking about a super low end cooler's stock paste
-get a hx750w or a xfx gold 750w. whatever is cheaper.
-get the fractal define r4 or the arc midi r2 case
-get a asus vs238h-p or the vs247h-p. if they are not avaliable, the acer is ok still
-as for the video card, id get a gtx 770 preferably from msi or gigabyte
